What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the Hyundai sales department across new and used vehicles
• Driving team performance to exceed sales targets and business KPIs
• Maintaining manufacturer standards and ensuring all brand obligations are met
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team
• Managing stock and ensuring the dealership is well presented and customer-ready
• Delivering a first-class customer experience and market-leading CSI scores

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proven leader with a background in automotive sales, someone who’s passionate about developing people and delivering results.

You’ll be:

• Experienced in managing a dealership sales team
• Committed to exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
• A confident, driven communicator with a hands-on leadership style
• Well-organised and detail-focused, with strong stock control skills
• Experienced with manufacturer compliance and CSI standards
• A holder of a full UK driving licence

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
• Every Saturday 9am-5pm and 1 in 4 Sundays
• One weekday off each week
