How does our ‘Click&Collect’ service work?
You can view our vehicles online or we can arrange a live video of the vehicle. If you have a part exchange, you can also supply photos, video and enough details to enable us to carry out an accurate valuation.
Test drives are currently unavailable due to the showrooms and forecourts being closed. You can book a test drive when lockdown ends or we can send you a video tour of the vehicle.
If looking at a new or used car, you can reserve it online for a £99 refundable deposit. We will then hold the car to arrange a suitable time to view if required.
If you wish to proceed to the purchase of your desired car, all documents including finance agreements can be signed remotely as part of our "Click&Collect" process. This can be done electronically or via post without the need for face to face contact.

Whether bought online or at the showroom, you have the option to collect your car from outside the showroom. To keep contact to a minimum, we request that wherever possible only one individual collects the vehicle.
Alternatively, you have the option for us to deliver to your home. Delivery of purchased new and used cars, and the collection of part-exchange vehicles is subject to availability. May be subject to additional charges and distance limitations
When being either collected from the Dealership or delivered, we will follow the appropriate hygiene measures and sanitise the car thoroughly, placing protective covers on the most touched areas and providing the key in a plastic bag.
