Kidderminster | Full Time | Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:30pm | Rota Saturdays

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Aftersales Advisor to support our busy and expanding MG & Citroën dealership. You’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer receives excellent service from booking through to collection.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional advice on service and parts requirements
• Coordinate workshop bookings and customer communication
• Handle parts enquiries, orders, and stock checks
• Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction throughout the aftersales process

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a service and parts role is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
