The Role
This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role — we want someone proactive, energetic, and focused on results.
You’ll be:
- Selling new and used vehicles within a busy Hyundai franchise
- Consistently delivering 15+ units per month
- Maximising every opportunity with strong F&I performance
- Promoting add-ons like service plans, protection products & warranties
- Completing manufacturer training and staying ahead of the game
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to handover
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:30
- Two early starts (08:30) for team meetings
- Every Saturday + alternate Sundays (rota)
- One weekday off (average 5.5-day week)
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record in new & used car sales
- Strong F&I performance
- Full UK driving licence
